I saw this girl at the airport. We were queuing to go through the bag/security checks. The first thing I noticed? Her thighs. They didn’t touch. She was wearing gym shorts that were clearly too big for her, practically hanging off her hips.

My eyes trailed down her legs. Her socks (they had cute little aliens on them) were barely staying up on her ankles. She wore some pink Adidas Superstars. A good choice. Similar to mine. Of course, I look no where near as good in them.

I go back up to look at the top half of her body. She had an orange Kanken, with a Bunny Plushie hanging out of it. She was wearing an oversized jacket, rolled up to show her delicate wrists.

Then her face. Her sharp jawline, prominent cheek bones, all complimented by her short, curly pink hair.

She looked over to me and smiled. I smiled back, looking away and blushing. I suppose I must have been staring.

I walked past her on the plane. She took up no space on the seat. She was able to sit with her legs crossed up on the seat. With room still available. She looked so delicate. She had only eaten about 3 bites of her airport meal, but there were about 4 empty bottles of water, neatly stacked on the small table.

You could tell she was in control. She got there by hard work and perseverance.

let’s work hard and stick to our plan so we look extra cute and skinny for the christmas holiday ✨

🎄 eat 500 cals per day, preferably less

🎁 no liquid calories, including alcohol!

🎄 weigh yourself every morning (after you use the bathroom) and track your weight in your phone or ana journal

🎁 drink lots of water + unsweetened green tea throughout the day to help feel full and hydrated

🎄 eat low-calorie foods like vegetables (broccoli, cucumber, lettuce, zucchini, etc) to fill your stomach on a small number of cals

🎁 exercise 3-4 days per week, burning at least 200 cals per session. i do quiet body weight exercises in my room so no one can hear me working out.

🎄 find little ways to get extra exercise. park the car farther away in the parking lot, go for walks around the neighborhood, etc

🎁 no binges! any cals above 500 mean the next day is a lower cal day to make up for it

** this diet isn’t healthy. i don’t recommend it to anyone. i am sick and I suffer from an eating disorder. please seek medical help if you have disordered eating!

2019 is upon us.

how much progress have you made this year, hm? not a lot, i know.

but hey, you know how to fast, you know what foods to stay away from, you know your limits, and you know how far you can go.

so put that shit into high gear and get on it, because 2019 could very well be the year you shape up to be the skinny, lovely person you’ve always wanted to be.

some people lose 10 pounds in 20 or less days

just imagine what you could do in 365

get on it.
